All of our items are shipped via our brothers at Art of Play in their San Diego warehouse and come with a tracking number when it's been shipped.

Orders are sent out approximately 24 hours after confirmation using USPS.

All prices on website are in USD.

Delivery Time Estimates:

• United States - 2-5 days (3 days on average)
• Canada - 3-7 days
• Mexico - 3-5 days, FedEx only due to unreliable local mail services
• INTERNATIONAL - 7-21 days (depending on location)

* Note: International First Class packages might not be traced (depending on country) once they reach international customs. 

In some cases when tracking your package, it may say "Pre-shipment, USPS is awaiting the package". This is incorrect as we guarantee that your package is sent out of the warehouse within 48 hours when you have received your tracking number. 

We are not responsible for customs fees incurred from imported goods. 

Please ensure that you double-check the address you request. If an order is placed and the address entered at checkout is incorrect, Figure52 is not responsible for the delivery of that package.
